Emergency Repairs
Leaking bubble tubes and waterbeds are the main culprits: we offer a quick response to drain and make safe, followed by a detailed safety check of any items which may have been in contact with any spilt water, electrical effects and cushioning can all be affected.
Breakdowns
We offer quick and responsive attendance for breakdowns, carrying most regularly required spares for 90% of multi-sensory equipment currently used within the UK.
Regular Safety Checks & Maintenance Visits
As planned preventative maintenance is better than waiting until something goes wrong and then having disruption to the care package you offer your clients, we can visit at an agreed time to carry out those vital safety checks and help identify any potential problems before they occur. Bubble tubes and waterbeds are in most need of regular attention, as well as any small repairs that may be required through use.
We would recommend you have your equipment serviced every 6-12 months for safety and to prolong its working life. It is recommended by most manufacturers that all items have a yearly service and inspection.
Relocation & Revamps
As schools and centres change and adapt to new situations so can your existing multisensory and soft play installations.
We offer a full and comprehensive service in relocating and where needed revamping.

Bubble Tubes
Bubble Tubes are one of the most popular items in any multi-sensory environment, also one of the most problematic and time consuming for staff to maintain. With the regular draining/cleaning and refilling it soon becomes a chore and one which is easily forgotten.
We drain and thoroughly clean the tube, removing all dirt and algae, service and check the air pump and pipes, inspect electrical items (including non-return valve and connections) and clean and refurbish colour wheel.
Waterbeds
Waterbed conditioner is a method of stabilizing the water within your waterbed, so there is no risk of bacterial or algae growth. It also helps to maintain the level of plasticizer* in the vinyl.
With regular care your waterbed will last for years. Most manufacturers recommend that regular top up of conditioner every 6 months.
*Plasticizer controls the suppleness of the vinyl mattress.
